Tissue Cleansing Solution
Product Description
This product is designed for cleansing tumorous or normal tissues in the course of tissue preprocessing. It contains a targeted combination of various antibiotics, which work synergistically to combat bacteria and significantly reduce the contamination rate during primary cell culture.

Instructions for Use
(1) Take the tissue cleaning solution out of the 2-8°C refrigerator and place it in an ice box for standby use.
(2) Prepare a 6 mL culture dish, mark the sample information on the lid, and add an appropriate amount of pre-cooled tissue cleaning solution.
(3) Wipe and disinfect the surface of the tissue storage tube with 75% alcohol, transfer it to the biosafety cabinet, and let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes to allow the tissue to settle to the bottom. Open the lid, gently aspirate the upper layer of the tissue storage solution using a Pasteur pipette, and try to retain the tissue at the bottom as much as possible. Then use a new Pasteur pipette to add about 5 mL of pre-cooled tissue cleaning solution and wash for 1 minute. Let it stand to make the tissue settle, and then gently aspirate the upper layer of the tissue cleaning solution using a Pasteur pipette again, trying to retain the tissue at the bottom as much as possible. Repeat the cleaning process for 3 to 5 times (the volume of the cleaning solution and the number of cleaning times can be adjusted according to factors such as the size and cleanliness of the tissue).
(4) After the last cleaning, use a pipette or a Pasteur pipette to aspirate and discard most of the tissue cleaning solution. Transfer the tissue to the above 6 cm culture dish with the help of a Pasteur pipette. During the aspiration process, prevent the tissue from falling onto the surface of the biosafety cabinet. Alternatively, slowly tilt the 15 mL centrifuge tube containing the tissue to make the tissue block slowly slide into the culture dish. Leave a small amount of tissue cleaning solution around the tissue to prevent the tissue from drying out and affecting cell viability. Then use sterile ophthalmic scissors and ophthalmic tweezers to remove the fat, connective tissue and necrotic areas around the tissue as much as possible.
