Product Description

This tissue preservation solution is a high-quality, sterile chemical reagent that can be used for the preservation and transportation of tissue and cell samples. All its components are non-toxic and harmless to tissues or cells and do not affect their physiological functions.

Storage

Store at 2-8℃ for 12 months.

Instructions for Use

(1) To enhance the success rate of organoid construction, it is recommended to fulfill the following sample quality criteria to the greatest extent possible:

a) Sample Tissue Volume: The sample tissue should be a minimum of 1 cm³. The tissue should contain a substantial number of cells and be relatively free of obvious connective and vascular tissues.

b) Sample Freshness: The ex vivo time should be less than 6 hours. The sample should exhibit a vibrant color and show no significant necrotic tissue or purulent exudates.

c) Sample Cleanliness: The sample should be free of contaminants. The tissue preservation solution should be clear and devoid of any visible suspended contaminants.

(2) During transportation and storage, biological samples should be maintained at 2-8°C. Estimate the sample volume and use at least 3 - 5 times that volume of the tissue preservation solution to fully immerse the tissue, ensuring complete submersion of the tissue block.

(3) The tissue preservation solution is capable of effectively safeguarding the samples for a period of 48 - 72 hours.

Precautions

This product is strictly reserved for scientific research and shall not be applied to clinical diagnosis, treatment, food, or pharmaceuticals. Additionally, it is prohibited from being stored in residential premises.
