Tissue Fixation Solution

Product Description

This tissue fixation is a solution that is widely used for fixing biological samples such as tissues, tissue sections and cells when conducting detections including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry. This product can be directly applied to the fixation of tissues or cells without the need for dilution.

Storage

Store at -20℃ for 12 months. Store at 2-8℃ for 1 month.

Instructions for Use

(1) Please store the product immediately according to the conditions recommended in the instruction manual upon receipt.

(2) Immerse the tissue block samples in the tissue fixative and fix them by immersion at room temperature or 2-8°C for 2 to 24 hours.

(3) After the fixation is completed, put the samples into a centrifuge tube filled with distilled water for cleaning. Change the water every 15 - 30 minutes, for a total of 6 - 8 times. It is recommended to carry out this process on a shaker, or rinse with running water for 1 - 2 hours. Subsequently, conduct gradient dehydration and then embed the samples.

(4) If there is no immediate need for embedding, the samples can be stored in 70 - 75% alcohol.

This product is strictly reserved for scientific research and shall not be applied to clinical diagnosis, treatment, food, or pharmaceuticals. Additionally, it is prohibited from being stored in residential premises.
