Product Description

Organoid frozen section embedding agent (SCTC101) mainly contains water, polymer and other chemical components. It can be used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and other experiments, its purpose is to support the organoid in the process of organoid frozen section, to reduce the organoid folds and fragmentation, and SCTC101 related reagents are water-soluble, so it will dissolve in water in the subsequent experimental process, and will not increase the background staining.

Applicable

This product is suitable for freeze embedding and fixation of organoid and 3D cell spheres. For immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization and other experiments.

Instructions for Use

This product mainly solves the problem of easy loss of tiny tissues such as organoid and other tiny tissues during frozen sectioning. Simple operation, short time, can produce about 20 cases of samples.
