Supplement I

Product Description

After being treated with Supplement I, the apoptosis of cultured human embryonic stem cells (hESC) that have already undergone dissociation can be blocked, thereby improving the survival rate and cloning efficiency of hESC without affecting their pluripotency.

Storage

Store at -20℃ for 6 months. Store at 2-8℃ for 1 month.

Instructions for Use

(1) Please store the product immediately according to the conditions recommended in the instruction manual upon receipt.

(2) Before use, take Supplement I out of the -20°C freezer in advance and place it in an ice box to thaw before using it.

(3) When using it, dilute Supplement I into the organoid complete medium at a 100-fold ratio. When culturing organoids in the primary culture or subculturing them, add the organoid complete medium containing Supplement I, and replace it with the organoid complete medium without Supplement I two days after culturing.

This product is strictly reserved for scientific research and shall not be applied to clinical diagnosis, treatment, food, or pharmaceuticals. Additionally, it is prohibited from being stored in residential premises.
