Stem Matrigel,LDEV-Free
Product Description
ECM-gel matrix gel is a basement membrane matrix extracted from the EHS (Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm) mouse tumor, which is rich in extracellular matrix proteins. Its main components include laminin, as well as type IV collagen, heparan sulfate glycoprotein, nestin, tissue plasminogen activator, and trace amounts of matrix metalloproteinases. It is widely used in research fields such as angiogenesis, tumor cell migration, establishment of in vivo tumor models, 3D tumor cell models, and organoids.
The Stem Matrigel product is mainly used for the 2D cell culture without feeder layers of pluripotent stem cells (such as embryonic stem cells (ESCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs)). The proteins contained in the matrix gel can promote the adhesion and growth of stem cells.
