Product Description

The MatriDilute is a complementary reagent used during the application of the matrix gel. It is used to dilute the original matrix gel solution to a working solution at a specific ratio, which can then be directly used for plate coating. 

This product is diluted at a ratio of 1:100 - 150 (matrix gel: diluent), and the diluted solution should fully cover the culture area. The diluted matrix gel working solution can be directly used for the cultivation of human embryonic stem cells (hESC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), providing an ideal adherent growth substrate for stem cells.

Storage

Store at 2-8℃ for 12 months.
